The Way of Cain is a joint venture between the previous Teramaze singer (Clinton Johannes ) and previous the Teramaze guitarist (Adam Wilkie). This new band delivers heavy music with an even heavier Message. The Way of Cain captures the simplicity and Truth of the Gospel message of Jesus Christ, rooted in the love of melodic metal. They just released their debut single “Redemption”, featured here, and they are currently working on an upcoming EP that will be mixed and mastered by Andrew Stanton (Disciple).

‘If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. 24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it’ (Jesus Christ) Lk. 9: 23-24. Are we penitently obeying this or have we gone the way of Cain?

Merci Déhà for the download code. Lots of bands use these ingredients – pretty female vocals over doomy guitars always sounds good, but usually that's where the ideas run out. That isn't the case here. Each song is packed with ideas and evolutions, genres and references it's boring to list but not at all to listen to. A pleasure to have been introduced to this. Luke

I'll admit, at first I didn't think the vocals worked that well with the music, but for some reason they've grown on me. There's something really interesting about the dreaminess of the voice with the upbeat instrumentation. Plushie Fanatic
